  The host Rangers took a narrow 75-71 win over visiting Saint Joseph's in GLVC play Thursday. Wisconsin-Parkside was led by 21 points from Brittany Beyer, while Jadee Rooney added 16. Both Jenna Endisch and Kaitlyn Bettiga had 12 in the win for the Rangers. The Pumas were led by 16 points from Montrell Mills, with Breanna Birmingham adding 15 and Tatiana Ortiz putting in 10. The Pumas (11-7, 5-5 GLVC) head home for a Saturday matinee with Lewis, while the Rangers (14-4, 7-3 GLVC) head to Indianapolis for a tilt with UIndy.

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.-
The Norse defended their home court with a 64-51 win over visiting Kentucky Wesleyan in GLVC action from the Bank of Kentucky Center Thursday. Tiara Hopper's 14 pints off the bench led Northern Kentucky, while Sadie Bowling put up 10 points and grabbed a game-high 18 boards on the night. The Panthers were paced by 12 pints from Neika Smith, with Kristen Rowe adding 11 in the losing effort. KWC (12-6, 6-4 GLVC) hosts Bellarmine in Saturday action, while the Norse (14-4, 7-3 GLVC) take to the road for a contest at Southern Indiana.

ROMEOVILLE, Ill.-
The Greyhounds took a decisive 82-59 win over host Lewis in GLVC play Thursday from Neil Carey Arena. UIndy got 25 points from Kristen Turner in the win, while Sydney Weinert put in 14. Both Nickole Gonser and Katy McIntosh had 13 for the Greyhounds in the victory. The Flyers were led by 13 points from Jamie Johnson, while both Madeline Kish and Jess Reinhart had 11. The Greyhounds (13-4, 7-2 GLVC) return home Saturday to host Wisconsin-Parkside, while Lewis (4-13, 2-7 GLVC) will travel to Saint Joseph's.

Bellarmine held on for a 78-70 win over visiting Southern Indiana in GLVC play from Knights Hall Thursday. Eighteen points from Kylie Brady led Bellarmine, with Therese Montano adding 17 and Alison Matheis chipping in 12. Darion Hutchinson completed a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds in the contest. USI was led by 14 points from Kristin Raker, with Stephanie Carpenter putting in 13. Both Brooke Valentine and Anna Hackert had 12 in the loss. The Screaming Eagles (7-11, 1-9 GLVC) head back to Evansville for a Saturday game with Northern Kentucky, while the Knights (9-9, 3-7 GLVC) will travel to Kentucky Wesleyan.

Quincy 75, Missouri-St. Louis 57 -

Host Quincy came away with an easy 75-57 win over visting Missouri-St. Louis in GLVC play Thursday evening. The Lady Hawks got 22 points from Ali Schwagmeyer in the win, while Felisha Loggins added 14 points and Karlee Gengenbacher chipped in 12. Linsay Henke tallied a game-high 12 rebounds in the win. UMSL got 18 points from Devonna Smith in the losing effort.The Tritons (7-11, 2-8 GLVC) head back to St. Louis for their Saturday matchup with Illinois Springfield, while the Lady Hawks (12-6, 7-3 GLVC) will also head to the Gateway City for a game at Maryville.

The Saints took a 76-69 win at Illinois Springfield in Thursday night GLVC women's hoops action. Maryville got 27 points from Abby Duethman in the victory, with Shelby Miller adding 16. Alissa Oney had 11 and Rita Flynn contributed 10 in the win. The Prairie Stars got 17 points from Carly Goede, with Megan Bergerud adding 14. Ashley Coffey had 11 and Alyssa Palmer 10 for UIS in the loss. The Saints (10-8, 6-4 GLVC) will host Quincy Saturday, while the Prairie Stars (8-10, 3-7 GLVC) head to Missouri-St. Louis for their Saturday afternoon game.

Drury 72, William Jewell 66 -

Host Drury took a 72-66 win over the bisiting Cardinals of William Jewell in a GLVC game from Drury Thursday night. Drury (13-5, 8-2 GLVC) got 16 points apiece from Katie Pritchard and Consuelo Owens in the win, while Bethanie Funderburk had 14 and Erica Groose added 11. William Jewell (11-5, 6-4 GLVC) was led by 17 points nights from Holly Switzer and Katlyn Wood, with Cassy Nicolay adding 11 and Aerial Smith contributing 10. Next up for the Cardinals is a Saturday game at home with Missouri S&T, while Drury will head to Rockhurst.
 
Missouri S&T 68, Rockhurst 54  -

ROLLA, Mo.- The host Lady Miners took a 68-54 win on their home court over visiting Rockhurst Thursday. Missouri S&T got 20 points from Julie Meyer and 16 points from Hailee Parks in the victory. The Lady Hawks were led by 10 points from Chrissy Sarcone, and take on Drury at home Saturday, while the Lady Miners travel to William Jewell.
